Trunk Show Client Protection & Service Policy
This policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and confidence for our clients while protecting the craftsmanship, timelines, and service standards of Ravi Sehgal Bespoke during international trunk shows.
1. Consultation & Measurements
- All garments are made based on professional measurements taken in person by Ravi Sehgal and Son.
- Measurements are retained securely for future orders unless the client requests deletion.
- Minor body changes over time may affect fit; complimentary adjustments are provided within the scope outlined below.
2. Orders & Confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed, fabric selection, design details, and measurements are finalized.
- Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs or extended delivery timelines.
- Orders are considered binding.
3. Advance Payment Policy
- A full payment is required to initiate production.
- Payments are non-refundable, as fabrics are cut and garments are made exclusively for the client.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery timelines provided during trunk shows are best-effort estimates.
- Timelines may vary due to:
- Fabric availability
- International logistics and customs
- Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will proactively communicate any delays.
5. Fittings & Adjustments
- One round of complimentary standard alterations is included.
- Additional or major alterations due to:
- Weight fluctuation
- Posture changes
- Style changes requested later may incur extra charges.
- If in-person adjustments are not possible, we may coordinate local tailoring guidance or shipping support.
6. Fabric & Material Variations
- Natural fabrics may have slight variations in texture, shade, or weave.
- Minor differences between fabric samples and final garments are considered industry-standard and acceptable.
- Pattern placement and lining availability may vary based on stock.
7. Client Satisfaction Commitment (Enhanced Protection)
Your satisfaction is important to us. If a garment does not meet agreed specifications due to a verified tailoring error, we will:
- Repair or remake the garment where feasible, OR
- Offer a store credit for future use
This excludes subjective style preferences or post-delivery body changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Ravi Sehgal Bespoke shall not be held liable for:
- Changes in client body measurements
- Personal styling preferences evolving over time
- Delays caused by force majeure events (travel disruptions, customs, strikes, etc.)
- Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the garment ordered.
9. Trunk Show Specific Terms
- Trunk show orders are treated as international bespoke orders.
- Disputes, if any, shall be governed by Thai law.
- By placing an order at a trunk show, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
10. Privacy & Discretion
- Client measurements, preferences, and personal data are kept strictly confidential.
- Client images or testimonials are used only with explicit consent.
